Terms of Service

Effective April 22, 2026

1. The service

Trusted Leads("we", "us") provides a B2B lead-generation platform that scrapes publicly available business and professional data, verifies email deliverability, and exports enriched leads into formats you choose (in-app table, CSV, or a Google Sheet you connect). We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person or organization. Account sharing is not permitted unless via the team-member feature.
• Notify us immediately at hello@datryxen.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Trusted Leads to send spam, phishing, malware, or anything that violates the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, or any other applicable anti-spam or privacy law.
• Scrape or store sensitive personal data (financial, medical, government IDs, data of minors) about identifiable individuals without lawful basis.
• Resell raw Trusted Leads output as a competing data product.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from Trusted Leads itself, or interfere with its operation (rate-limit evasion, DDoS, exploiting vulnerabilities).
• Use Trusted Leads to target individuals based on protected characteristics in a way that violates anti-discrimination law.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting leads.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.

4. Your responsibility for outbound contact

Trusted Leads provides contact data; you decide whether and how to use it. You are solely responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to your outreach (CAN-SPAM, GDPR opt-in/legitimate-interest analyses, CASL, the UK PECR, the TCPA for SMS/calls, etc.). Honor all unsubscribe requests, maintain suppression lists, and disclose your identity in every outbound message.

5. Credits and payments

• Trusted Leads runs on a pay-per-use credit model. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Credits are consumed when a job successfully returns leads. Failed jobs (no results, error states) do not consume credits.
• You authorize Trusted Leads to charge your stored payment method for credit top-ups you initiate.
• Pricing may change with at least 30 days' notice; existing credit balances are honored at the price you paid.

6. Google integration

If you connect a Google account, you authorize Trusted Leads to read and write only the spreadsheets you specifically pick or create through the app, using the drive.file and spreadsheets scopes. You can revoke access at any time from your dashboard or from myaccount.google.com/permissions. Trusted Leads's use of Google user data is governed by our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Intellectual property

The Trusted Leads platform, branding, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other IP laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal lead-generation purposes during the term of your account. You retain ownership of the input data you upload (e.g., your CSVs, your URL lists) and the lead records exported to your account.

8. Warranty disclaimer

Trusted Leadsis provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data returned is complete or up to date. Lead data is sourced from publicly available signals at the time of scraping and may become stale. Email verification reports the best-effort deliverability signal at the time of check; it is not a guarantee that the inbox will accept or read your message.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trusted Leads and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Trusted Leads harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service in violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time from settings or by emailing hello@datryxen.io. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trusted Leads is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law allows you to file in your home court.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active users by email or in-app notice with at least 14 days' notice before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
