Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Trusted Leads ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Trusted Leads platform at datryxen.io. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. For questions, write to hello@datryxen.io.

2. Data we collect

2.1 Account data

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and any workspace settings you provide. We use Supabase Auth to authenticate sessions; passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

2.2 Lead data you generate

When you submit a scrape job (Google Maps query, LinkedIn URLs, or a CSV), we collect the input you provide and any results returned by the scraping pipeline. Scraped business and profile data is stored against your workspace and is not shared with other customers.

2.3 Google account data (only if you connect one)

If you choose to connect Google Sheets, we request the following OAuth scopes:

• userinfo.email & userinfo.profile — to display which Google account you connected.
• drive.file — to open and write only to spreadsheets you specifically pick or create through Trusted Leads. We cannot see other files in your Drive.
• spreadsheets — to read existing rows and write enriched columns back to the spreadsheets you choose.

We store your Google access and refresh tokens encrypted at rest, scoped to your account row only, and use them solely to perform actions you initiate inside Trusted Leads. You can disconnect at any time from the LinkedIn scraper page; on disconnect, the tokens are deleted from our database.

2.4 Logs and analytics

We collect minimal request logs (timestamp, IP, route, status code) for debugging and abuse prevention. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

3. How we use data

• To run the scraping, enrichment, and verification jobs you submit.
• To display your runs, leads, and credit balance inside the dashboard.
• To send you transactional emails (account verification, run notifications, billing).
• To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and breach of our Terms.
• To improve product reliability and performance via aggregated, non-identifying metrics.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train third-party AI models.

4. Use of Google user data — limited use disclosure

Trusted Leads's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We use Google user data only to provide the user-facing features of Trusted Leads (sheet picker, reading rows, writing enriched columns).
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
• We do not use Google user data to serve advertising.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your explicit consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with the law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

5. Storage and security

• Data is hosted on servers we control, located in data centers with industry-standard physical and network security.
• All traffic between your browser and our servers is over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+).
• Tokens, passwords, and other credentials are encrypted at rest.
• Database access is restricted to least-privileged service accounts.
• We retain server-side request logs for 30 days unless required longer for security investigations.

6. When we share data

We share data only in these limited cases:

• Service providers who help us run Trusted Leads (hosting, email delivery, error monitoring) — under written confidentiality and data-processing terms.
• Legal requests from valid legal process, where we are required by law to disclose.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred to the successor entity, who must honor this Privacy Policy.
• You — when you export your leads or send them through your connected Google Sheet, you control where the data goes.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data at any time from your dashboard settings, or by emailing hello@datryxen.io. We respond to all verified requests within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK, you have additional rights under the GDPR including the right to object, the right to restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Data deletion

To delete your Trusted Leads account and all associated data, email hello@datryxen.io from your registered address. We will permanently delete your account, leads, runs, and connected-token rows within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 additional days before being purged from rotation.

To revoke Google access without deleting your Trusted Leads account, click Disconnect in the Google Sheets panel on the LinkedIn scraper page; you can also revoke access at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions.

9. Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and protect against CSRF. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Disabling cookies may break sign-in.

10. Children

Trusted Leads is for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top will change. For material changes we will notify active users by email.
